Standard Rate

The hourly rate applies to legal research, writing, and consultations. There are no extra fees or charges. Typical turnaround time is seven business days, but this varies depending on the particular project and my current project schedule. All projects begin with an assessment and review of the issues, a cost estimate, and a projected delivery date.

Rush Rate

The projected delivery date is the guaranteed delivery date for your project. If you need a project completed sooner, I may be able to offer you a rush delivery date. This is not always available so I encourage my clients to contact me as soon as possible.

Appellate Retainer

A retainer is required before starting any appellate project. This retainer will be applied to the work performed. The standard hourly rate also applies to appellate work, unless the brief is needed sooner than the projected delivery date, in which case the rush rate applies.
