What is PAS and Who is it for?

PAS is my system for reviewing and digitally annotating any incoming motion, memo, complaint, or brief,

This system will help you:

• stay organized so you don’t have to review a document multiple times;

• easily remember your thoughts and counter-arguments when you need to refer to a document again in the future;

• efficiently communicate your thoughts and comments to an associate or Litigation Support Specialist who is assisting you with the case.

Like any new system, this will take some time to get used to, but once you do, you’ll realize how valuable having a paperless system really is, especially in today’s world.
